Rule 11
Can apply for change of land use area
(1) According to sub-section (2) of section 8 of the Act, if a person has to use the land under his right for a purpose other than the prescribed purpose, he can submit an application to the local land use council in the form of Schedule-2 to change the land use, stating the basis and reason.
(2) If the Local Land Use Council deems it appropriate to change the land use while investigating the application made in accordance with sub-rule (1), such application shall be sent to the Provincial Land Use Council after explaining the basis and reason thereof.
(3) According to sub-rule (2), when the local land use council sends the application, it must be sent in one lump sum in the middle of Push and the middle of June.
(4) Based on the report given by the committee as per sub-section (4) of section 1 of the Act, the provincial land use council shall make a recommendation to the federal land use council if it deems it suitable for land use change.
(5) Change of land use based on the recommendation as per sub-rule (41): If deemed appropriate, the Federal Land Use Council may decide to approve the change of land use.
(6) If there is a decision to give permission to change the land use according to sub-rule (5), the federal land use council shall send it in writing to the respective local land use council through the state land use council for its implementation.
(7) If written in accordance with sub-rule (6), the local land use council shall change the land use of such land. (8) According to sub-rule (7), the local level shall publicly publish the notice of land use change.
(9) After granting permission to change the land use in accordance with this rule or after a decision has been made by the court in accordance with sub-section (3) of section 7 of the Act, the local level shall send in writing to the Land Registry Office and the Surveyor's Office for renewal of the land owner registration records and related electronic records and land owner registration certificates. will fall
(10) According to sub-rule (9), if the landlord comes in writing to update the register, electronic records and land-owner registration evidence, the relevant land office and land surveyor office shall update it according to rule 10.
